Terms of service

Rules for usingPulse

These terms explain how you may use the Pulse operator portal, automation features, and billing — and what you can expect from us in return.

Last updated September 2026

In short

Use Pulse lawfully for order automation you are authorized to perform. Keep your account secure, pay for successful accepts and applicable platform fees at the posted rates, and follow vendor portal rules. Payments are final and non-refundable; stop future charges by removing your card or closing your account. We provide the tools; you remain responsible for your orders, coverage areas, and compliance. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Agreement to these terms

By accessing the Pulse website, creating an operator account, or using the portal and automation features, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Pulse is operated for appraisal and BPO professionals who want automated order acceptance from vendor email broadcasts. These terms describe your rights and responsibilities as an operator.

The service

Pulse provides order-monitoring and acceptance automation connected to your Gmail inbox and supported vendor portals (such as eStreet and similar platforms). Features include ZIP and filter rules, bot toggles, order logs, and billing summaries in the operator portal.

We strive for reliable, fast accepts but do not guarantee that every broadcast will be accepted. Vendor rules, network conditions, inbox configuration, and third-party platform changes can affect outcomes. You remain responsible for orders accepted on your behalf.

Accounts & approval

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. New operator accounts require administrator approval before portal access is granted.

We may suspend or refuse accounts that violate these terms, pose security risks, or provide false registration details. Admins may deactivate accounts for non-payment, abuse, or at their discretion where permitted by law.

Acceptable use

You may use Pulse only for lawful order-acceptance automation in markets and territories you are authorized to serve. You must comply with vendor portal terms, appraisal regulations, and applicable federal, state, and local laws.

You may not use Pulse to spam, attack systems, circumvent vendor security in unauthorized ways, resell access without permission, or interfere with other users. Misuse of Gmail OAuth or automation to harm third parties is prohibited.

Billing & fees

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Pulse charges a per-accepted-order fee at the rate shown in the portal or on our pricing page, plus any applicable monthly platform fee and other fees described at signup or in the portal. There is no setup fee unless explicitly stated. You are billed for successful accepts, platform fees, top-ups, connect-card payments, and other charges as reflected in portal billing.

All amounts you pay to Pulse — including per-order fees, monthly platform fees, wallet top-ups, connect-card charges, signup-related payments, and any other fees charged to your wallet or saved payment method — are final, non-refundable, and not disputable. You may not claim, charge back, reverse, or dispute these amounts with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Recurring or ongoing charges (including monthly platform fees and auto top-ups) will continue while a payment method remains on file and your account remains active. You cannot claim or dispute those charges unless and until you remove or pause your card in the portal, or delete/close your account. Removing the card, pausing payment methods, or deleting the account stops future charges from that point forward; it does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.

Rates and platform fees may change with notice for new billing periods. Your locked per-account platform fee (if any) applies as shown in your portal. Continued use after a rate change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing for future charges.

Gmail & third-party platforms

Pulse integrates with Google Gmail via OAuth and with external vendor portals. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions taken by Google or vendor platforms.

You authorize Pulse to access the Gmail scopes needed to monitor and act on order broadcasts according to your settings. You may revoke access by disconnecting the inbox in the portal or through your Google account settings.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Pulse is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Pulse and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, missed orders, or vendor penalties arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to Pulse in the three months before the claim.

Suspension & termination

You may stop using Pulse at any time by turning off the bot, unlinking inboxes, and ceasing portal use. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, non-payment, security concerns, or discontinuation of the service.

Upon termination, your right to use the portal ends. Provisions that by nature should survive — including billing obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will remain in effect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes will be communicated through the website or portal where practical.

Your continued use of Pulse after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
